Accenture Flex offers you the opportunity to help drive business transformation for leading organizations and communities while applying your skills and delivering innovative solutions.   Accenture Flex is hiring full-time employees to work as a Developer Operations Policy Associate on a fixed-duration project for one of our leading clients.

 

As a Developer Operations Policy Associate, you will be responsible for handling app and developer related core work flows (appeals, compliance regulation, proactive vetting). Supporting non-sensitive work (e.g. sorting user data reports and identifying those that require a deeper review).   Additionally, you will provide supplemental support to colleagues with their requests and handle operational support for new products and services.   You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society. 

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

 

·  Handle multiple workflows and meet weekly and monthly deadlines

·  Engage with policy and operational issues

·  Make quick decisions

·  Take enforcement action based on information provided about developers and their apps

·  Review large user reports and identify areas that should be reviewed further

·  Manage and regularly review case queues & follow-up on open tickets

·  Review issue details and analyze, determine and resolve issues with a high level of accuracy


Location

This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in Domain area.  Relocation assistance is not provided


Hours / Shifts

The role requires incumbents to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; rotating weekends

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a professional or military setting
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with software for office productivity, including Microsoft Outlook
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in multiple tools and web browsers at one time

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet
  • User of social media products
  • Experience in the online privacy space & online operations
  • Understanding of apps and app development
