You are:
A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a Senior Manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.
 
SAP Technology Consultant:
The work:
  • Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
  • Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
  • Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
  • Give clients options for designs using prototypes
  • Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
  • Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday
SAP Technology Consulting Manager:
The work:
  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
  • Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
  • Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
  • Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
  • Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
  • Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
  • Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday


Qualifications

 

 

Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of external SAP transformation, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic career path
  • Minimum of 3  years of SAP Supply Chain (MM, PP, LE, WM, etc.) specific experience and a solid understanding of the business value propositions associated with them
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 years of experience in a Project or Client Lead position on a large SAP transformational projects with on and off-shore resources

 

Consultant Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of external SAP transformation, advisory or consulting experience and demonstrated success in a dynamic career path
  • Minimum of 1 years of SAP Supply Chain (MM, PP, LE, WM, etc.) specific experience and a solid understanding of the business value propositions associated with them
  • Bachelor’s Degree

 

Bonus Points If…
  • You know everything there is to know about SAP Domain/Module processes
  • You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
  • You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
 
Professional Skill Requirements:
  • It is our intention for our people to work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel routinely Monday - Thursday outside of your home geography.
  • C-suite verbal, written and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Visio, etc.
