Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications 

 

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

 

YOUR ROLE: Process Owner


The Process Owner senior manager is a key member of the Campaign Operations team within the Marketing & Communications Delivery Excellence group.  As the steward of success of Campaign Management, you will ensure that the Campaign Management team is operating at world class levels and consistently innovating and improving in order to remain best-in-industry.  You will play a leading role in ensuring that we are employing a data-driven cross-channel marketing approach and delivering client and candidate experiences that are personalized, relevant and compelling.  You will consistently drive improvements in how we execute campaigns to ensure that we are enhancing efficiency and optimizing marketing performance.

The Process Owner senior manager will partner with campaign managers and key marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and identify and implement processes ensuring the ideal channel mix and touchpoints for campaigns to reach the desired audiences with the appropriate message.
 
You will work with the Data and Analytics team and key stakeholders to develop robust test and learn plans, standardize campaign performance reporting and ensure learnings are incorporated into future campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have significant cross-channel digital marketing experience, a passion for data and analytics and a continuous improvement mindset.  Significant B2B
experience with CRM, ABM and BI tools is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and ensure adoption of best practices and key learnings across campaign planning, execution and measurement
  • Develop tools and processes to capture and share campaign performance, analysis and best practices
  • Maintain end-to-end campaign management workflows/process documents
  • Develop and deliver onboarding plan and training plan and content for campaign management roles – maintain content in portal
  • Continually evaluate the current state marketing approach, capabilities, and tactics and develop hypotheses on improvements and increased further optimization.
  • Building a quantitative and qualitative data-informed marketing approach
  • Work with the Data & Analytics team to build reports and dashboards to provide insights on how well we are serving our key client segments and where there are gaps
  • Work on cross-functional team evaluating tools, platforms, capabilities and expertise to deliver Best-in-class B2B marketing

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • Education:  Bachelor's degree
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years B2B experience in marketing planning/execution
SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

  • MBA Preferred

  • Deep cross-channel marketing experience
  • Demonstrated digital marketing experience at expert level across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate your ideas and plans in ways that build credibility, inspire and align people and motivate action.
  • Agile project management

Professional Skills:

  • Passion for data-driven decision making
  • Ability and comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple workflows across teams while consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
