Job Description

 This role is responsible for daily interactions in a client facing environment to provide delivery, governance, service assurance, and client facing interactions for the delivery of Accenture Managed Security Services to meet our Responsible for overseeing all Security managed capabilities (delivered out of IDC, PDC, Prague).  Includes involvement in:

L1/L2/L3 SOC and Incident Management

Infrastructure Vulnerability Management

Privileged Access Management

Endpoint Protection

O365 Security

Threat Hunting

Will also have the role of “Incident Coordinator” to liason between the ACN MSS teams and the client CIRT when there is a “Major Event”.  Anything less, fault management or incident investigation, will be handled internally by the ACN MSS teams.

This specific role is located at the client’s site in Columbus, Ohio, so a polished and professional demeanor is required by an individual looking to build and cultivate relationships with our client and Accenture teams.

Individual must have knowledge in the following areas of security services:  SIEM, Endpoint Protection/Detection and Response capabilities, Threat and Vulnerability Mangement, Threat Hunting, Next Generation Firewalls, IAM/PAM, and service based Cloud Security concepts.

  • SIEM (Splunk): 2-3 years
  • NextGen FWs (Palo Alto): 2-3 years
  • Endpoint Protection/Detection (Endgame EDR/MS Defender ATP): 2-3 years
  • TVM (QualysGuard): 2-3 years
  • Threat Hunting: 1-3 years
  • IAM/PAM (CyberArk): 2-3 years
  • Office 365 (O365) Security SaaS tools (O365 ATP, Azure ATP, Azure AD Identity Protection): 1-2 years
  • Security certifications preferred: CISSP, CEH, CISM, GSEC, etc
