As the Cloud Security Manager, you will work with the Client’s Office of Information Security to provide security and technical guidance to the team.

 

Responsibilities include:


Lead a Task Order focused on information security policy, identifying POAMs and remediating deficiencies found during security control assessments.

 

Work with clients to mitigate security risks and threats using industry standard frameworks (NIST, ISO, PCI, etc.)

 

Conduct security vulnerability assessments and ensure that systems are regularly patched and maintained.

 

Analyze information systems to ensure that appropriate security functions have been implemented in the systems design and architecture.

 

Provision and maintain the Cloud Hardware Security Module (HSM) crypto domain partitions.

 

Control access to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Hardware Security Model (HSM).

 

Provide security and technical architecture guidance on HSM and data encryption solutions.

 

Generate and manage security encryption keys.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience designing and/or implementing and/or engineering Infrastructure solutions
  • 3+ Cloud Service Provider environments (e.g. AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP Readiness Assessments and reviewing ATO packages for FedRAMP Cloud environments

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Government contracting experience preferred
  • Must have at least one recognized security professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, or GIAC
  • Must have at least one Cloud/Cloud Security Certification
  • Ability to document detailed designs for a Cloud infrastructure based on industry best practices in cloud computing for an IaaS or PaaS CSP environment
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to interact face-to-face with clients
  • Experience identifying and recommending Cloud security architecture solutions for IaaS or PaaS content security policies (CSP)
  • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
