Accenture’s Treasury & Working Capital Group situated within our Global Capability Network is currently seeking a North American Lead.  The North American (NA) Lead will play a central role in driving significant growth supported by utilization and chargeability.  In addition to managing the practice head count and growth, the NA Lead will also be managing client relationships; developing innovative business solutions within Treasury and Working Capital under the Digital Finance function; and providing consultative services/ solutions to senior executives of our clients while building/directing teams to improve operational efficiencies through our world class, transformative solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Accenture’s Global Treasury practice is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to play a vital role in leading and developing our US-based Corporate Treasury & Working Capital Team.  The North American team is a key contributor to Accenture´s Global Treasury and Working Capital practice and currently has exponential growth projections
 
The North American (NA) Lead will drive business growth from sales origination to delivery for our North American clients utilizing the NA ecosystem of service providers while growing a team of Treasury and Working Capital experts; steering value proposition and innovation; supporting utilization and chargeability; and working closely with the Global Practice Lead.
 
This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to lead a practice that is working with trending topics in Corporate Treasury Management as part of our new Digital Finance Global Innovation Centre of Excellence. While this role is based in the US and has a strong North American focus, the successful candidate will work very closely with the entire practice located predominantly in Europe.
 
KEY RESPONSIBLITILES:
  • Act as the North America Treasury & Working Capital Practice Lead
  • Interlock internally with Accenture key players and build a strong network
  • Successfully leverage existing client network in North America
  • Drive business and sales autonomously with the support of the global practice
  • Develop and significantly grow our US-based team
  • Effectively support utilization and chargeability requirements
  • Project management and delivery as part of international teams and assignments
  • Create innovative Corporate Treasury solutions for Accenture’s clients
  • Support continuous service portfolio enhancement based on market trends and industry leading practices
  • Support the development of Accenture’s global Corporate Treasury practice as part of the team
  • Work side by side with other Accenture Finance teams in North America and across the globe

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or a related area
  • Minimum 7 years of Corporate Treasury experience
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience leading/ building teams and large scale Corporate Treasury transformation technology enabling projects (such as Kyriba or SAP) within a Consulting organization
  • Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated operational experience with most of the following:
    • Treasury Strategy and Operations
    • Liquidity, Cash Management and Banking
    • Bank Communication and global Payments
    • Financial Risk Management
    • Treasury Management Systems
    • Innovative Finance Technologies
    • Trade Finance and Working Capital
    • New Tech such as RPA, Analytics, AI, Blockchain
    • Proven track of working for multinational companies in an international environment across different functional areas of Treasury & Working Capital.
 
 
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior-level client executives
  • Proven track record in driving business outcomes for large clients/stakeholders
  • Evidenced ability to manage utilization and chargeability while driving new business
  • Experienced ability to effectively develop, mentor, advise, and coach teams
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Advanced Degree
  • Treasury Certification
  • Experience with SAP Treasury,  Kyriba Treasury or other Treasury/Working Capital enabling technology
