  • Perform a number of activities and tasks around developing, maintaining, updating and reporting on Client Data Protection. Support security controls development and security operations activities. Responsible for ensuring quality reports (both ad hoc and standard) are delivered accurately and on time. Report and manage risk metrics (e.g. Risk Assessment, etc.). Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables. Recognize and solve issues. Master communicators, they manage across multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
  • Administration, activities and tasks around developing, maintaining, updating and reporting on AFS’s initiatives under Client Data Protection (CDP).
  • Support security controls development and security operations activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality reports (both ad hoc and standard) are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Report and manage risk metrics (e.g. Risk Assessment, etc.).
  • Administration of Risks/Issues/Action Items and the hosting of internal program meetings to maintain them and following up with people on point for them.
  • Administration of the program’s RASCI matrix. This aligns efforts to people who are: Responsible, Accountable, Supports, Consults, and/or Informs)
  • Recognize and solve issues.
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
  • Mitigate risk for the program for all security compliance enablement adherence.
  • Reports to PMO Lead.
  • CDP Control Management- work directly with AISL on control compliance and adherence.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Preferred experience in Risk/Compliance Management
  • Knowledgeable in AFS Security CDP processes
  • Require minimal supervision on daily work task and moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Good communication, written, and interpersonal skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
