Provide product and technical development, design, and documentation support related to our suite of products and service offerings. Output includes written or visual product process technical documentation, online information, graphic design, instructor led and or self paced training in any media including printed, audiovisual, and computer or Web based . Documentation is designed for external clients and or internal resources.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in authoring training and user documentation and other technical materials 
- Minimum 3 years of advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and Camtasia Studio or equivalent software 
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience.  Exceptions will be considered.

Preferred Skill Requirements 
- HTML and Content Management System CMS experience 
- A background in training, software and exposure to wide array of technologies - Basic knowledge of mortgage lending 

Professional skills 
- Ability to work autonomously, and as a team member, in a process and deadline driven environment 
- Superior communication written and oral and interpersonal skills 
- Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills 
- Ability to quickly learn systems and transfer that knowledge into documentation in a variety of medias 
- Display flexibility with regard to changes in scope and deadlines 
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables.
