YOUR ROLE:
 
As a Manager in Customer Insight & Growth, your responsibilities could include:
  • Leading customer experience-led business transformation for a client’s enterprise, impacting multiple functions
  • Advising clients on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key client decision makers and supporting business development efforts
  • Engaging with clients to design the future operating model and/or technology roadmap for their marketing and sales functions
  • Leading Design Thinking sessions as an approach to solving client and industry challenges
  • Managing delivery of project team’s workplans, status reports, and all deliverables
  • Working on projects such as Customer Experience Optimization, Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns, Personalization, Contextualized Interactions, Trade Promotion, Commerce, Digital Content, and other initiatives that impact how companies’ market, sell and provide customer services

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ Consulting or equivalent industry experience with consumer products, Trade promotions, sales agreements, automation and retail execution
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with shopper marketing and price optimization
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading functional workstreams within a Salesforce program including engaging with clients at director and above level
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Travel of up to 80%
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An awareness of key methodologies, approaches, competitive landscape and market trends in the Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial, and Travel industries
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation
