As a Human Capital Consultant, you will use proprietary Accenture tools to diagnose Human Capital, HR, and Talent Management gaps/needs, specifically in the areas of HR operating models, processes and supporting technologies, training/learning, change management, and organization and workforce planning.
 
Additional Responsibilities will include:
  • Estimate and develop timelines and strategies for implementing improvement opportunities/recommendations
  • Perform an economic analysis to determine Human Capital costs and efficiencies
  • Design Human Capital processes and/or service delivery models, using our Accenture leading practices coordinating with other teams as appropriate (Technology, Operations, etc.)
  • Plan and manage effort to define and implement to-be HC organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
  • Understand and contribute to Human Capital leading practices
  • Guide teams through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience
  • Monitor achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved
  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Create and present content for executive presentations

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience performing Human Capital work
  • 2 years of consulting experience
  • US Citizenship required

 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
