Want to be part of a collaborative Recruiting team that’s making connections happen each day with candidates and business leaders in the organization? Are you a self-starter who is eager to enter the workplace, switch careers, or does not currently possess a 4-year degree and thrives in a fast-paced environment taking on increasing levels of responsibility?  As one of our HR/Recruiting Apprentices, you’ll be in a full-time role in a learning environment. You will interact directly with internal employees and candidates and will manage and coordinate various phases of the recruitment process including representing the Accenture brand and helping attract diverse talent.  The ideal candidate for this role is pursuing or completed an Associate’s degree.

 

Job Description:

 

We are looking for a highly effective Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team you will interact directly with the internal employees and candidates in managing and coordinating   various phases of the process. This position serves as an entry into the corporate recruiting function. You will enthusiastically represent the Accenture brand and support building our robust and diverse talent pipeline.

 

The Work:

  • Assist in planning and executing interviews. This may include creating interview schedules and developing supporting materials, obtaining space, assisting candidates with travel, interviewer sign-up, greeting candidates, arranging catering, etc. 
  • Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data
  • Manage the candidate expense reimbursement process
  • Create candidate offer letters
  • Manage the distribution and collection of employment related materials such as Human Resources Forms, background check authorizations, etc. to assist and serve as the main point of contact for onboarding related processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, as necessary
  • Take part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the recruiting team
  • Responsible for providing support for coordinating and participating in recruiting events

    Qualifications

    Here’s what you need: 

    • High School Diploma

     

    Bonus points if:

    • You have a strong interest in Human Resources and Recruiting combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
    • Outstanding client service focus
    • You are Technically proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
    • Are goal oriented and have the ability to prioritize and multitask with team members to meet objectives
    • Have previous customer facing type work experience, customer service or office experience
    • Flexible, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
    • You have a desire to work in a fast paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
