As a Senior Manager, you will lead teams to formulate growth and productivity strategies, while challenging historic perspectives to better align our clients’ merchandising and new product development with mission critical objectives. At the highest level, Accenture Consulting professionals are industry experts with the insights and capabilities to transform the world’s leading companies. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of Product Development, Merchandising and/or Ecommerce (digital) industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of external consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

 

Preferred Skills

     

  • Experienced in Merchandising and Product Development, especially in the Apparel/Footwear Industry
  • Strong background in Merchandising, Financial Planning, Demand and Supply Planning, Analytics understanding, Product Development understanding
  • Background in taking a concept through design and creative process and ultimately to the consumer (end to end)
  • Experienced in business case development, business process reengineering, process design, organization and operating model design
  • Proven experience with applying analytics, optimization and automation to business process
  • Demonstrated ability to promote and sell services
  • Comfort conveying both high level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences.
  • Experience managing teams through complex situations, adapting quickly and helping others navigate change.
  • Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
