The Network Operations Senior Analyst accountable for execution of specific areas of responsibility/deliverables with minimal supervision. Serve as a functional expert for a program or a defined set of programs. Ensure configurations meet customer expectations as well as industry and product standards. Responsible for accurate back office system data record management. Support customer activations and be responsible for configuration adjustments as required for management acceptance testing.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of variable factors. Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. Has some latitude in decision making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. Manages large medium sized teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture. Independently play the role of Network Operations lead. Manage and direct a team of network engineers offshore. Hands on experience in data and voice including routing, switching and wireless infrastructure. Knowledge of F5, Juniper, Pulse Secure and ISE. Should have built and implemented large networks across sites. Responsible for operations of all Network Infrastructure including Data, Voice, etc

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical aptitude and broad IT experience with technology depth.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience deploying and administering the technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, and F5.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in networking technologies like Wireless, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and VoIP
  • Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology Management experience in Network Operations or a Delivery role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing diverse global teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery operation in a large enterprise or outsourcing provider
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge exposure of the business sensitivity of an aviation services provider to virtual infrastructure related outages is highly desirable. CCIE Certification preferred
