Key responsibilities
Interpret client project objectives, define project requirements, stakeholders, change management, project timelines and associated risk profile
Build a business case to support funding for projects
Implement product/process improvements in support of customer, corporate and supply chain initiatives
Collaborate with small teams in initiating process change/improvements with suppliers and customers to assure efficiencies in work flows and procedures
Effectively communicate and manage issues and risks of assigned project with client and Accenture management teams
Develop, maintain, coordinate, and update technical and operating standards related to the acceptance and processing of departmental work
Make modifications to the way in which work is performed and the tools that are used to gain efficiency and cost savings
Organize, manage and support the projects with the appropriate skill sets, knowledge levels and communications skills to assure the highest quality of products, services and relationship management attainable
Participate in long-term program and supply chain planning and forecasting initiatives to develop and maintain required service levels
Assist with onboarding of new programs or scope across existing operational teams
Anticipate, identify, and assess complex issues/problems.  Develop and implement a corresponding plan of action to bring the situation to resolution
Meet with project managers on large or complex projects to determine format, plan the project timeframe and estimate the project’s overtime needs 
Plan and facilitate (as required) team calls/meetings

Job requirements: 
5-10% travel locally & nationally

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of three years’ experience in project planning/management, supply chain operations knowledge required


Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is desirable or an equivalent combination of business experience/industry knowledge related to supply chain management

PMP preferred but not required
