The Software Developer Analyst, in collaboration with project team members, designs, develops, and tests new software solutions and new versions of existing MC software. Documents conceptual and technical designs. Understands and applies applicable design and coding standards. Builds packages and deploys software to integration environments. Fields technical questions from other developers, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and other departments. Provide development estimates for enhancement requests. Investigates and resolves bugs and deficiencies int he product codebase. Builds and maintains internal tools to streamline the software development process and enhance productivity. Researches new software development concepts and makes suggestions for improvements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 
- Minimum 1 years software development experience 
- Minimum 1 years .NET C#  
- Minimum1 years TSQL 
- Minimum 1 year XML XSL 
- Minimum 1 year JavaScript 
- Minimum 1 year working within formal software development life cycle structure 
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience.  Exceptions will be considered.

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements  
- ASP.NET 
- IIS administration 
- Service oriented architecture 
- Team Foundation Server 
- AJAX 
- SQL Server Integration Services 
- LINQ
