Job Description


The Electronic Payment Services Analyst partners with the other teams in efficient handling of broadly defined tax operations tasks and ensures that service is delivered to the client in-line with contractual terms and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). The key aim of this role is to provide TLs and Global Manager with clear analyses and action plans to improve performance and keep dashboard metrics/SLAs consistently green and to improve processes & knowledge gaps. The Electronic Payment Services Analyst is expected to be innovative, creative, proactive, self-starter, independent, and should be able to work under minimal or no supervision. Due to the nature of the role, they may by exposed to information of a sensitive nature and therefore is always expected to respect the duty of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing effective client service for all internal and external clients by demonstrating exceptional analytical skills, utilizing technical expertise and familiarity of client products and procedures as well as financial/accounting knowledge
  • Support the creation, development and maintenance of operations processes
  • Documenting operational processes, working tools or triggers to the highest quality, 
  • assessing opportunities to streamline processes and providing process feedback to the client management team 
  • Support in building the end to end process and will be an expert in the tools and systems used to execute the processes and provide invaluable process feedback to ensure ongoing delivery of quality to our users or compliance with in regulations
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with US Tax Forms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience in documentation writing
  • In-depth knowledge of how to create DTPs, training materials and/or help center articles
  • Experience in effective gap and impact analysis
  • Experience of making assessment of information gathered from a variety of sources and making recommendations based on this
  • Experience of problem solving & decision making
  • Proven experience in a dynamic, metric-driven, and customer-centric industry

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
