Technology Architecture Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Technology Architecture Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Assess, design, implement and/or support world-class information technology architectures for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs. Conduct architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Design, build, deliver, and run the engagement’s, platform’s and/or product’s required architecture (i.e., development, operations, execution, data, application, etc.). Provide the work’s technical conscience, defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs. Interact with senior management involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach. Manage medium-large sized teams and/or efforts. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, making decisions that are implemented by the team. Design and ensure that technology standards are followed and evolve over time. Provide architecture Quality Assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements. Lead the technology solutioning and estimating in proposals, planning, and pricing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in each of the following: leading teams in the IT consulting industry; performing test planning and generating test estimations employing use case, requirement complexity, and top-down and bottoms-up methods for multi-system impacts; planning system testing cycles, including application testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); automation tools, including SmartBear SOAPUI and Selenium; performing internet-of-things functional testing, regression testing, and supporting performance testing; leading and mentoring testing teams to complete deliverables for clients; and application and integration testing with Atlassian Jira, VersionOne, and Hewlett Packard Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools. 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
