The Senior Art Director develops advertising and design projects from conception through final execution; works on tight deadlines and maintains the highest standards of quality. This position maintains visual direction and leads the development of work that sets standards of quality.
YOUR ROLE: Art Director
While there will never be a typical day at MXM Accenture Interactive, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.
Designs, executes and oversees visual phases of assigned projects
Works as a team member with copywriters, design, account and production staff to meet client and MXM Accenture Interactive goals and objectives on assigned projects.
Communicates with clients in an effective and professional manner.
Attends and contributes to MXM Accenture Interactive brainstorming sessions.
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
4+ years or more work experience in an advertising agency environment.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills
Must possess a strong portfolio that includes examples of successful conceptual digital campaigns and design projects.
Must possess comprehensive understanding of design, production process, photography and illustration.
Proficiency with all industry standard design tools
Knowledge of direct marketing and advertising.
Knowledge of graphic design and typography.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good organization skills.
Must be creative with strong design and conceptual ability.
Must possess attention to detail and concern for quality.
