People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
IT Operations professionals support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
Workplace and Collaboration professionals develop and deliver end-user computing solutions to transform, migrate, remediate and deploy workplace technologies, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, point-of-sale (POS) and other devices. Minimize one-time transformation and ongoing management costs, while optimizing enterprise collaboration and information sharing.
Workplace Service Management professionals maintain the performance, availability, and viability of a clients workplace technologies and services, including managed desktop services, field support and remote technology services.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.

Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.
Provide L3 Support for the US FF. Resolve support calls escalated by L1, Mobility, and MacAfee teams.Create Knowledge Base Articles used by the L1 Service Reps to solve tickets themselves Support the Hardware Services Computer iPad build team.Serve as the liaison between HWS and other organization at Pfizer such as BTI Engineering, Mobility, MacAfee, and Legal teams Customizing and documenting the iPad setup processes. Assist ,Evaluate new technology such as printers, projectors, Partner with the Mobility and BTI Engineer teams to support software and hardware life cycle management policies, proper IOS versions, virus software updates, and Microsoft release Maintain HWS servers used for Legal Pulls.
