Job Description


The Quality Auditing Senior Analyst will perform quality reviews for the HMDO, Key Measures, Prior Authorization, and Long Term Care . The Quality Auditing Senior Analyst will review, confirm and report compliance with process procedure requirements, quality certifications and Accenture delivery methodology. They will perform quality inspections, document findings using required audit process procedures. This role will ensure quality standards are met by creating error trend analysis and scorecards and proposing immediate action plans.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform in depth quality reviews on assigned areas.
  • Perform analysis and trending of data.
  • Assign daily work for assigned areas.
  • Gather data and provide input for required monthly reports
  • Assist Quality Auditing Specialists as required
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • LVN or Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Texas Medicaid or other healthcare or insurance programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
