Role Expectations:

HCM Technology Advisors are consulting professionals who advise upon, lead and work on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle and provide advisory work for the HR & IT function of organizations. 

  • Delivery advisory services to the HR & IT Function of organizations
  • Deconstruct key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
  • Create innovative and differentiated SAP offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
  • Deliver advisory services and leading practices in support of technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery)
  • Grow market share by leveraging relationships, winning work and being integral to delivery of on-shore consulting engagements
  • Help sell additional work as part of a team  

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP implementations and integrations
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within Workforce Software
  • Minimum of 1 end-to-end integration of Workforce Software within SuccessFactors 
  • Experience leading requirement gatherings workshops and facilitating meetings.
  • Ability to travel to client sites on weekly basis
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proven management and delivery skills
  • Proven ability to manage 1-2 workstreams of effort
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
