People in our Client & Market career track drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on sales.


As a Consultant in our Intelligent Platform Advisory Salesforce practice, you’ll often be working with your team lead to solve key technology strategy challenges of clients by enabling Sales, Commercial Trade Promotion Management, Marketing Customer Service transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment enabled via Salesforce platform.


As a Technology Consultant, you’ll often be: 

  • Involved in a technical capacity to help with the design and implementation of Sales, Commercial, and Marketing Customer Service solutions that are developed on that platform
  • Involved in the technology assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities in the current state of our clients and
  • how these can be addressed through cloud offerings; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Einstein Analytics
  • Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
  • Developing, utilizing and sharing your skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance
  • Working with your team lead in the design and implementation of seamless and enriched end to end customer service experiences
  • Working with your team lead in designing and implementing customer loyalty retention programs, smart service and marketing traffic generation

Basic Qualifications   

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Willing to meet travel requirements of up to 75% 
  • Minimum 3 years of functional Salesforce experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Sales Services, Business Process, or Business Consulting   
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience on implementation projects
  •, APEX or Visualforce experience
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience
  • SSO and webservices experience
  • Integrating with 3rd party solutions
  • Data Migration experience
  • Additional Certifications
  • Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
  • Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design
  • Agile and Iterative experience

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
