IT Operations professionals support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.

The Immersive Experience Lead is responsible for working with Video Operations management team on all Service support items related to Immersive Experience solutions Comms, Vendor management, financials, etc , for ensuring software and hardware roadmaps associated with Igloo infrastructure are up to date, tested for compatibility and deployed to the production environment at a pace consistent with what is available from the vendor. Areas of scope include Igloo infrastructure and Cisco endpoint devices EX, MX, SX, C series, CTS . Lead small team of service management oriented resources. Perform operational troubleshooting activities on AV controller, matrix switcher, audio DSPs, transmitter and receiver, VR components, room systems and Igloo infrastructure components Perform troubleshooting of meeting connection and quality issues during videoconference meetings Develop and execute vendor framework required for managing, tracking and reporting on all vendor related activities financials, contracts, open cases for Igloo. Understand conceptually all renewal cycles and perform tasks leading to those renewals. Act as liaison for all Leads in operation to not miss any vendor or resources related task, communication task or overall administrative task remind TE support, help with Tdocs plan, etc . Act as metrics and analytics expert in Video Operations for vendor and financial reporting. Documenting and enforcing system standards, for both Igloo Hardware and Software involved Documenting and maintaining in scope device types, firmware versions, software versions and inter device compatibility. Defining software role out plans and communicating plans with key stakeholders. Defining and maintaining test procedures for software releases ensuring compatibility remains amongst devices.
