The ideal candidate for this position will fulfill many roles within one position. This individual needs to be able to work with Applications Service Analyst, Client Relationship Executive, and other internal groups as well as exhibit exceptional customer service skills in order to support external ELC Customers. The Customer Manager will manage ongoing Client expectations, solicit customer priorities, escalate issues, oversee and track client versions deployments across various envrionments, and communicate effectively to both internal and external customers. The Customer Manager will communicate status, prioritize support issues, and in general be the single point of contact for the customer. In addition, the Customer Manager needs have software system and mortgage industry experience and exhibit the ability to solicit, understand and communicate complex customer issues. The Customer Manager will plan and facilitate weekly customer meetings with CRE where applicable , be the main Customer contact for issues, questions, upcoming release info, and partner with the customer to identify and solidify strategic initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of Product, Program or Account Management experience 
- Minimum of 4 years Software Industry experience 
- Minimum of 1 year experience with SaaS or Web Service software model 

Preferred skills
- Mortgage industry experience 
- Mortgage or Loan Origination Software 
- Team Foundation Server experience 
- Footprints Ticketing System experience
