Cisco Deployment Specialist is expected to have a level of technical skill to support Contact Center Marketplace (CCM) operations utilizing Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Suite and Applications. Systems consist of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Suite, Cisco CVP, Cisco VoIP, related Cisco Hardware devices and associated technologies. Successful candidate will work directly with existing CCM teams, vendors, and client supporting ongoing operations, implement new business initiatives, troubleshoot outages and drive enhancement leveraging existing CCM standards and methods of delivery.
Basic Qualifications: 


  • BS Degree in CS or Engineering required, or an additional 4 years related experience.
  • 1 year current hands on experience with latest version of Cisco Call Center implementation and support. 
  • 1 year experience working with Cisco IOS
  • 1 year current experience with Cisco Routing / Switching / Security
  • 1 year familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis/resolution


Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Cisco Certifications 
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
