Job Description
 
Software as a Service professional demonstrates skills and experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud.
 
Salesforce.com professionals demonstrate skills in Salesforce.com which is the leader in CRM solutions for customer relationship management software and cloud computing.
 
The successful candidate will be known as an expert internally and externally. Using technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills to translate the possible into reality.  The candidate will be able to design solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations.  Ability to manage the architecture solution implementation and build trusted relationship with clients.  The Delivery Lead will have support from the Global Delivery Group as well as from local support resources provided by the global team.
 
Your role:
 
As a Senior Manager in Customer Insight & Growth, your responsibilities could include:
  • Creating and shaping industry-leading business transformation solutions and delivery teams that differentiate clients from their competitors
  • Providing subject matter expertise to senior clients on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
  • Developing deep relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor to senior leaders including the C-Suite
  • Driving internal practice development, business development opportunities, and proposals to both existing and new clients
  • Leading customer experience-led business transformation for a client’s entire enterprise, touching multiple functions
  • Advising executives on the design of the future operating model, process and/or technology roadmap for their marketing and sales functions
  • Scoping, building, and managing project teams across multiple functions to align with budget and key financial metrics
  • Program management and senior level client communication across multiple project workstreams

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements
  • A minimum 4 years of Salesforce Cloud offerings (Sales, Service Cloud) experience in the Consumer Goods & Services, Auto, Industrial or Retail industry
  • A minimum 4 years multiple delivery methodologies operating models that support sales customer service transformation enterprise integration solutions and offerings
  • A minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience scoping and delivering innovative, transformation services Application of Design Thinking as an approach to solving client problems
  • Experience with multiple delivery methodologies operating models that support sales, customer service transformation, enterprise integration solutions and offerings
  • Delivering an excellent omnichannel experience for customers
  • Experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project lifecycle
  • Passion for technology trends e.g. Internet of things, mobility, cloud integration and analytics
  • Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value
  • Experience identifying clients’ high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams and use cases
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry

  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
  • An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe
  • Experience understanding team strengths, coach and develop others
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and work creatively and analytically in a problem solving-environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal
