Position Title: Client Services Delivery Manager (Multiple Positions)  
Responsibilities: 
Client Services Delivery Manager (Multiple Positions)  (Accenture LLP; El Segundo, CA): Develops and implements strategic account plan to address key program challenges and to increase Accenture's ability to deliver upon our commitments to clients. Coordinates the delivery of service level agreements and day-to-day operational management to ensure that the team consistently meets and exceeds client expectations. Manages the pipeline of potential projects, including the relevant stakeholder expectations, to ensure ample opportunity to exceed in-year and future commitments. Leads Sourcing and Category Management teams in day-to-day execution against sourcing project work plans, and continuous improvement work plans. Pursues and develops executive level and stakeholder relationships across the account. Supports the Reporting Set-up Team by leading reporting requirements for SLA and business requirements. Resolves critical issues that impede delivery of contract commitments. Identifies and pursues opportunities for account growth. Promotes corporate objectives, ensuring the team is supporting overall company direction and growth. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations consulting industry. 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Identifying and implementing productivity improvements, ensuring adherence to appropriate project gating and business case approval requirements; Scheduling, assigning, and tracking signoffs for deliverables owned by the team and validating the participation of appropriate contributors to each deliverable; Identifying continuous improvement and productivity improvement opportunities including maximizing reuse, minimizing redundancy, and streamlining; Procurement processes, Supply Chain processes, and Project Management processes related directly to managing indirect spend for an outsourced function for large companies (i.e., managing outsourced spend >$500M); managing a team of 10 resources; managing project financials including cost revenue and profitability; and, mentoring and grooming delivery management and teams.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
