Hours/Shift: Day
Expected Project Duration: 12 months
Day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Partners with Business/Requirement and Analyst Lead
  • Measures and manages the quality of requirements and work products 
  • Maintains the knowledge base on existing application functionality and data structures and relationships
  • Balances business need for changes with current system constraints 
  • Promotes an environment of sharing, exploration and collaboration
  • Supports maturing IT capabilities and promotes
  • Promotes reusable processes and work products and builds common understanding
Basic Qualifications: 
  • 4 Yrs Exp in Data Mapping External market data, aggregation, Data Strategy 
  • 3 Yrs Exp in complex data integration and Internal Customer Data Base, Data Mapping, Internal Customer DB, External market data, aggregation, Data Strategy
  • 3 Yrs Exp in External market data, aggregation& Data Strategy 
  • 2 Yrs Exp in Data Mapping
  • 2 Yrs Exp in Data Profiling
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced skills in data profiling, mapping and data modeling. 
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience in creating/updating conceptual/logical and physical data models 
  • Insurance and Financial domain experience
  • Critical Thinking, excellent Communication, Detail Oriented, Creative and Adaptive. 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Lean, Kanban and Scrum practice

  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and demanding team-oriented environment
