Join our technology company to provide DevOps services to Government and Defense mission critical programs. You will provide tier 1 and 2 support to a portfolio of custom and COTS applications that provide enterprise DevOps services. The candidate will use their technical service desk experiences to ensure customer DevOps issues are resolved. If you have the ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment on quick response projects, you will succeed!
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Analyze problems or issues and develop recommendations
- Provide tier 1 and 2 production system support
- Learn DevOps principles and administration of DevOps tools
