Job Description
Our Digital Identity, Biometrics team focuses on strategies, processes and technologies that use biometrics for advanced authentication and authorization. A Biometrics manager is responsible for leading various biometrics strategy, architecture and implementation client projects along with providing recommendations across a broad range of domains and industries. A Biometrics manager must be proficient with various facets of biometrics, including vendors, biometric modalities, architecture and performance tuning, and be able to either lead or support biometrics strategy to implementation projects.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Security experience
Minimum of 5 years with a strong understanding of Identity Management, Biometric recognition 
Minimum of 5 years technologies and technical architecture surrounding authentication and authorization technologies

Minimum 5 years with strong experience in technical architecture design
5 years demonstrating knowledge of the biometrics industry

Bachelor’s Degree Required
100% Travel Required
 
 Preferred Skills
·       Understanding the business direction of companies and creating optimized technical architectures to meet their business needs;
·       Working directly with clients and Accenture teams across industries in a multi-disciplined team structure, designing and implementing Biometric recognition solutions from a variety of vendor products in both capture and matching domains; 
·       Identify, assess and solve complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors;
·       Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing goals;
·       Developing deep working relationships with Senior Executives and Senior Managers across the client account team and client.        
·       Have some latitude in decision-making. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
·       Manage large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture;
·       Building knowledge capital through research and development;
·       Communicate client expectations to the engagement team;
·       Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan objectives;
·       Identify and communicate future business opportunities with existing or new client team;
·       Helping grow Accenture Digital Identity team globally through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism;
·       Travel as required.
