Role Overview

Our Sales Specialists will be part of an Inside Sales team that works with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) to adopt advertising solutions for our social media client. You will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach to leads, pitching the value proposition of our client’s digital advertising products to increase SMB adoption, and maintaining and growing those SMB clients by optimizing their advertising campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Uplift revenue by providing consultative advice to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels - chat, email and phone
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue
  • Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain
  • Demonstrate the value of client’s SMB advertising solutions 
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
  • Help SMB clients drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, and support
  • Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience and drive higher product adoption and spend
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
  • Surface vital product insights and feedback from SMB clients 
  • Conduct video conference calls with clients during consultation
  • Champion and produce success stories for customers who have had success in growing their business by using our products to grow their business
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements
  • Articulate and update clients on newest ad products and developments

Basic Qualifications

  • HS Diploma Required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer facing role

 Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree desirable
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Digital Marketing/sales organization
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with online advertising products and social media

  • Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly
  • Self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
