Key Responsibilities:
  • Aligning technology with business strategy and goals, they work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. 
  • They are sought out as experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. They enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation. 
  • Participate in and lead sales pursuits supporting client technology strategies and end-to-end transformation efforts enabled by Workday 
  • Serve as a practice thought leader related to digital HR and Finance transformation and the digital employee experience
  • Advise clients in their human capital management and financial management technology decisions and strategies
  • Solution and deliver integrated offerings that enable clients’ digital employee experience and HR and finance transformation through Workday 
  • Partner with sales executives and account teams to align on early-stage sales opportunities and strategies

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of consulting experience related to HR or Finance transformation 
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40-60%
  • Client chargeability expectation: 40%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Functional experience and understanding of leading cloud systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP) 
  • Deep HR or Finance knowledge coupled with cloud technology experience
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience with pre-sale and sales activities
