Your Role:
As a Management Consultant in our Products – Customers & Channels practice, you’ll often be:
  • Analyzing data, conducting research, and generating insights
  • Working to solve problems for clients that are related to customers (sales, marketing, customer experience)
  • Supporting the delivery of customer experience, commerce transformation, and consulting services 
  • Designing and setting up future stores, digital stores, or setting up digital hubs 
  • Called upon to apply your solid understanding of commerce and disruptive technologies in the front office engaging with the agenda of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Digital Officer
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management consulting role focused on customers and channels, or minimum of 2 years of experience in-house at a large retailer in an analyst, merchandising, or rotational development role
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Design Thinking as an approach to solving client problems 
  • Experience with Digital store or Digital hub concepts 
  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information
  • A passion for new ideas, and the ability to follow through on those ideas
  • A desire to deliver to a high standard in a suitable time frame
  • Self-motivating, adaptable, able to prioritize, and able to inspire and motivate others
Professional Skills Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 75% (typically Monday – Thursday at client site)
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
