Job Description 
Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective function (MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions or retirement programs) for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. Manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.
  • Partner with the AFS Total Rewards Lead and North America Compensation team to understand the Compensation Tool functionality to ensure it meets AFS business requirements. This may include testing changes to the tool.
  • Maintain detailed business rules, program functionality, processes of the AFS compensation modeling tool.
  • Create materials to support the annual compensation process to include leadership materials, FAQ’s.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Total Rewards/Compensation space to include experience administering base pay and bonus programs
  • Strong understanding of Excel to include formulas, pivot tables, etc.
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting complex compensation modeling
  • Experience in managing the end to end process of compensation program administration and plan design
  • Ability to educate members of the HR team, clients, leadership on total reward initiatives
  • Ability to act as a project lead on a variety of reward initiatives.
  • Understanding of market data, survey submission, salary range creation
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Able to work with highly confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to research complex reward issues, propose/negotiate solutions and influence decisions with multiple stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience communicating to resources at all levels
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
