Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.


Job Description


The Payroll Services Sr Analyst will assist client with processing changes in the payroll system and respond to associate inquires.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve process execution
  • Resolve associate and system issues
  • Act as SME for payroll systems, processing, and regulations
  • Assist with payroll audits
  • Responsible for departmental operational excellence

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience. 


  • 2 years full cycle, multi state payroll experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Mature, trustworthy, and discrete, with an understanding of and appreciation for the importance of confidentiality
  • Self starter able to complete work and meet deadlines with little to no oversight
