Provide targeting support to meet DOD service-level needs and collection requirements


In conjunction with appropriate analysts, collectors and leadership personnel, develop strategic and tactical level targeting plans in support of defined collection priorities, along with specific and quantifiable measures of effectiveness.


Maintain awareness of all collection operations, policy developments, requirements, reporting and information priorities relevant to functional area of expertise or assigned target issue.


Provide substantive feedback to collectors in the form of targeting information and direction.


Maintain direct liaison with intelligence community counterparts concerning updated targeting tools and systems, new and emerging targeting practices, and areas for potential increased collaboration


Ensure all aspects of targeting support to intelligence operations are in compliance with relevant Department of Defense oversight rules and regulations.

Basic Qualifications: 

·         7+ years of intelligence analysis, applying in-depth research and analysis, and using specialized analytical tools to develop tailored products

·         5+ years of intelligence analysis in support of intelligence operations

·         5+ years' experience in writing intelligence reports

·         3+ years HUMINT targeting experience in support of operations

·         1+ years directly supporting full-spectrum HUMINT platforms

·         5+ years working in team environments

·         3+ years in leadership positions, leading/managing teams to measurable goals


Required Training (At least one of the following):

·         Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)

·         Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)

·         Joint HUMINT analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC)

·         US Citizenship


Preferred skills:

·         Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course (AHTC)

·         Operational Human Targeting Course (OHTC)

·         Targeting Collaboration Course (TCC)

·         Fundamentals of PROTON

·         IC Reach/Data Explorer

·         Palantir


An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
