Management Consulting Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Management Consulting Manager (Multiple Positions)  (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process. Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings. Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions. Participate in diagnosing the problem and planning and leading the transformation. Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes. Leverage Accenture's methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes. Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT or Management consulting industry.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in ANY FOUR of the following: (1) Designing and implementing business processes for Finance and Accounting; (2) Implementing Corporate Performance and Analytics, including enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial close, and global consolidations; (3) Designing and implementing Finance Shared Services or Integrated Operating Model; (4) designing and defining finance and accounting operating models with an emphasis on organizational efficiency; (5) Defining finance enabling technology for Finance and Performance Analytics, Finance and Accounting Operations, or business process operations; or (6) Utilizing cloud based (software as a service) offerings from SAP or Oracle for finance and accounting operations.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
