Job Description

  • Conducts end to end testing of a Pharmacy Benefits Management system in a healthcare platform, performs quality inspection, and conducts training of the process
  • Creates the test scenario, along with appropriate data preparation, to execute the test as well as preps, analyzes and reports the results
  • Seeks advice or escalates issues when faced with tasks outside the normal Standard Operations Procedures dictated by the client to the team supervisor

Basic Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 1 year professional work experience in an office setting
  • Minimum 2 years Quality Assurance SME (subject matter expert) experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a data testing environment OR Minimum 1 year healthcare experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science field/Healthcare field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
  • Outsourcing operations experience
  • Knowledge and experience in any work stream of US health care
  • Data Analytics experience utilizing technology to drive efficiency
  • Previous training instructor experience with ability to deliver curriculum to a classroom
Professional Skill Requirements

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
