Experience Optimization Strategist – Chicago, IL
Job Description:
Accenture LLP seeks an Experience Optimization Strategist in Chicago, IL to develop and deliver data-driven continuous optimization programs that produce tangible business outcomes across Accenture’s client portfolio.  S/he will perform the following duties: analyze current marketing analytic tools, strategies and reporting processes; deliver end-to-end continuous optimization projects; use at least one digital marketing, analytics or optimization platform, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, or Maxymiser; liaise with a team to deliver personalized digital, marketing campaigns, and other channel projects to clients; deliver optimization methodology, tools, and training programs to clients; build digital marketing report dashboards, and analyze various click-stream and conversion funnel data; translate analytical insights into creative, messaging, and technical activities; deliver presentations to communicate data-led audience insights, digital marketing strategies, test hypotheses and experience optimization recommendations; and deliver project status, performance reports and forward-looking plans to internal and client executives. This position requires overnight/away from home travel as needed, up to 80%, of an average work week. Telecommuting is permitted.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing (any), plus 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including the following experience: 4 years analyzing current marketing analytic tools, strategies and reporting processes; 4 years building digital marketing report dashboards, and analyzing various click-stream and conversion funnel data; 4 years designing, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns against business requirements; 3 years presenting deliverables, performance reporting, and insights to clients; and 2 years using at least one digital marketing, analytics or optimization platform, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, or Maxymiser.
