Minimum 7 + years of consulting experience highly skilled in transforming Finance as a function with experience in Operating Model Design & Implementation, Finance Process Transformation, and Enterprise Performance Management.
Minimum 5 + years of experience with a focus on: overhead optimization zero based budgeting shared services/global business services/integrated business services and enterprise cost reduction.
Minimum 5 + years of experience leading project teams or large workstreams within complex, large scale project.
Must be able to travel Monday - Thursday and on Fridays as needed.
Strong communication skills (speaking, wiring and listening)
Confident, poised, ability to relate to C-level executives.
Working in CG&S, Retail, Life Sciences, Automotive or Industrial Equipment manufacturing industry experience.
Previous consulting experience
MBA or equivalent degree/certification
Comfortable with extensive travel
Leadership abilities - transfer vision into results
Demonstrated ability to promote and sell services (more important to AP candidates)
Ability to lead joint client projects teams
Strong interest in broadening finance and performance management related skills as opposed to being narrowly focused.
