Your Role
This Senior Manager role is aligned to our Products Operating Group.
 
The Future Workforce Senior Manager is focused on the transformation of the client’s workforce.
 
An Future Workforce Senior Manager within Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice has the following responsibilities:

 

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of external consulting experience related to successful delivery of Future Workforce solutions
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in 3 or more of the following processes: Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Job Design, Liquid Workforce, Talent Sourcing Strategy, Capability/Talent Assessment, Rapid Workforce Reskilling, or Digital Learning
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including project sprint development and measurement
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%
 
Professional Qualifications:
 
Preferred Skills
  • Compelling storyteller
  • Large-scale and/or global transformation experience
  • Experience leading a thriving virtual team
  • Understanding of and/or have experience with driving innovation in operational environments (manufacturing, plants, refining, drilling)
  • Understanding of industry/workforce trends and drivers for Products clients (Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and Life Sciences)
  • Experience with Digital tools for Future Workforce Design and Analytics
