The selected candidate will work with senior client leadership and stakeholders to provide consulting and facilitation support with the experience and skills necessary to identify, evaluate, document, and support implementation of business process improvement solutions.  


Client imperatives may include:

  • Define and visualize business strategy. Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy. Communicate strategy to leadership team and workforce. Evaluate uptake and execution of strategy.
  • Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, incorporate ownership, minimize duplicate data capture/entry, and foster organization wide collaboration. Integrate re-engineered process with people and technology. Analyze impacts to workforce. Deploy process through change management initiatives. Operate and maintain process by measuring performance.
  • Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications.
  • Facilitation of discussions in order to collaborate and obtain concurrence.
  • Analysis of technology impacts and/or technology alternatives for proposed strategy and/or process changes.
  • Work location is Hendon/Chantilly.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 years of experience in leading efforts related to business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis, or business process redesign within the Defense community.
  • Must have experience facilitating with large, diverse groups. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with enterprise data management.
  • Business process re-engineering and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications), MS Project desirable.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
