The PMO Analyst will provide executive support to various stakeholders with complex organizational responsibilities. To be successful in this role, the employee must independently complete assigned non- routine tasks to meet goals and work in a team environment. This role will also incorporate a significant project element, assisting the Account Management Team with ad hoc projects on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange conference calls, video conferences or data conferences occasionally involving a global audience
  • Prepare and coordinate general correspondence and communication
  • Assist with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks i.e. locate and complete standard Accenture forms, attrition trackers, keep up to date seating plans, perform assets audits
  • Provision, greet and organize induction for new joiners when needed
  • Keep current and be knowledgeable on Accenture’s tools and technology
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and client
  • Anticipate travel needs for staff, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and support



Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a office environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines with a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work with utmost discretion and regard for confidentiality at all times
  • Capacity to work on own initiative
  • Ability and ease in operating effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization and with all stakeholders
  • Experience in a multinational global environment

Professional Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to work with team
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent working IT knowledge with strong Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint abilities
