The San Antonio Delivery Center is part of the Accenture's US Delivery Center organization, which is comprised of six delivery centers that create client value through innovative technology solutions primarily focused in Application Outsourcing, ERP solutions, Information Management Services, and Net Centric solutions.

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business. Accenture ServiceNow practitioners support the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions for our clients.
 
The ServiceNow Developer will be knowledgeable in ServiceNow instance and functionality, and hit the ground running performing development work in that environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years ServiceNow development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications with CreateNow
  • 2+ years of experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing security (including Access Control Lists), and enhancing the user interface to provide a custom look and feel
  • 2+ years Service Portal development experience, including experience with AngularJS and/or JavaScript
  • US Citizenship required (dual citizens not eligible for consideration)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to enhance the user interface to provide a custom look and feel (Including Custom UI pages, HTML, and Jelly)
  • Ability to implement moderate to complex level security using Access Control Lists and Business Rules
  • Experience coding in Jelly
  • Experience with Bootstrap, SCSS
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
