Job Description:

The BPS Account Lead is responsible for being a trusted client advisor, bringing together Accenture’s expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions and to solve our clients most critical business needs. They will bring together the right Accenture team to drive profitable sales growth, expand Accenture’s footprint, ensure profitable delivery and influence the client s strategy. The BPS Account Lead will bring extensive experience in account growth, profit loss and exceptional client relationship management experience. BPS Account Lead will own the client relationship for an outsourcing contract, which may cover one or more service groups and be accountable for client service management, related delivery, and growth of the contract and its financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with key client stakeholders for driving operational decisions
  • Responsible for delivering to contractual terms and operating within the financial forecast
  • Focus on driving value for the client through strong operational discipline
  • Accountable for driving operational best practices and standardization across sites
  • Accountable for reduction of cost and efficiency improvement initiative
  • Develop and grow the client relationship
  • Provide single point of contact for the client account leadership and the client for the
  • Operations contract, generating new opportunities through various client contacts
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and reference ability
  • Responsible for performance management as well as reporting capabilities
  • Set client expectations in conjunction with the client account leadership and manage the expectations
  • Establish formal routines for delivery account reviews with Client Account Leaders, BPO Service Delivery Leads and Commercial Director
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Operations Management Business Process Outsourcing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with onsite client relationship and escalation management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operations Account Management including deal financial management, QA and Risk Management.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience managing Global Delivery organizations of over 500 people.
  • Business Process Outsourcing environment experience.
  • Management experience including managing large diverse teams of remotely located professionals.
  • Experience with end to end BPO Operations and industry best practices.
  • Experience in financial management, handling fiscal responsibilities of projects, budgeting, resource allocation costing.
  • Experience with Process Improvement, Six Sigma Methodology, problem solving.
  • Ability to meet multiple demanding deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client facilitation skills, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of management.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
