The HR Services Practice Lead will be responsible for creating, implementing, and leading the Accenture Federal Services’ (AFS) HR Services practice area.  In this capacity, the lead of the cross-growth platform practice area will also develop and operationalize an end-to-end approach for selling and delivering HR Services opportunities through all sales channels, to include upsell with existing clients, wedge sales, and large competitive procurements.  S/he will also define, manage, and scale our AFS HR Services offerings, as well as craft the branding and go-to-market strategy for the practice.

In addition, the lead will be responsible for managing resources aligned with the HR Services practice, including hiring qualified resources, setting incentives for practice leadership, assigning appropriate talent to sales pursuits and delivery projects, and leadership growth and development.

The lead will be accountable for sales, revenue, and OI targets. 

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • The lead will be accountable for sales, revenue, and OI targets.
  • S/he is expected to build revenue backlog and show measurable growth in the practice year over year.
  • S/he will build a pipeline of viable HR Services opportunities, manage pursuit and capture of these opportunities, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • The HR Services Practice Lead will report to the AFS Operations Growth Platform Lead with matrixed reporting responsibilities to the Management Consulting and Technology Growth Platform Leads
  • Relevant industry Federal Government experience


An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
