Job Description:

Accenture LLP seeks a Business and Integration Architect in Columbus, OH to provide leadership for the maintenance, operations, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of Integrated Eligibility software solutions with business and policy requirements; ensure process compliance and deliverable quality; triage and analyze production integrated eligibility issues; identify, develop, propose, and validate solutions to triaged issues with stakeholders and delivery teams; validate compliance of maintenance and operational processing with business and policy requirements; provide ad hoc functional/policy and integrated eligibility integration support and advisory services to internal and client stakeholders; present key system updates, issues, and workarounds to user community; liaise between product and project teams to assess need for project-specific customizations; deliver advisory services in support of technology enabled business change, e.g.: package & third party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and/or program diagnostics and recovery; deliver advisory services to the IT function: Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer/Chief Delivery Officer; sell on an individual basis or as a part of a team; adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals; and act independently to determine methods and procedures. This position is based out of the Accenture office in Columbus, OH, but travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the average work week.

Basic Qualifications:

The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in IT/ Management Consulting, including the following professional experience: 5 years leading a team of business analysts to conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), design, development and C-Level stakeholder management; 5 years performing requirements management, analysis, developing use cases, and design specification applying Integrated Eligibility Solutions for Medicaid, SNAP and TANF; 5 years developing Integrated Eligibility software solutions and implementing systems using commercially available technology suites including customizable-off-the-shelf (COTS) packages, Accenture Human Service Suite (AHSS) and Curam; and 3 years acting as a system liaison between end users such as County Case Workers, State Supervisors, Federal representatives from agencies such as CMS and FNS and the Systems Integration team.
