Technology Consulting Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Technology Consulting Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Boston, MA): Advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client. Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand. Deliver advisory services in support of technology enabled business change, i.e. package & third party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and/or program diagnostics and recovery. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

Of the required experience: 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Designing and implementing ERP solution in Retail industry; implementing Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System) v12 and above; gathering business requirements and creating functional design documents in purchases and inventory management business processes; coordinating project activities with business stakeholders and teams across multiple geographies; and, utilizing PL-SQL / SQL Developer; and, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Developing test plan and executing system, integration, End to End, and UAT testing; and, 2 years of experience must be in each of the following: Implementing Invoice Matching, Store Inventory Management, Retail Integration Bus and Retail Sales Audit; leading different SDLC phases including plan, design, build, and test of Retail implementation project; creating project plan, solution blueprint, and project effort estimates; and, data conversion and developing system interface mappings. 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
