As a Summer Consultant in Sales or Accounts, you will help our clients operationalize innovation for business outcomes. Throughout the summer program you can expect to learn through your project work as well as social and networking events.

Your Role in Sales or Accounts
 
Accenture's BPO business provides measurable client results through excellence in delivery, analytics, industry insight, innovation and deployment of technology. Our skilled professionals provide services in 39 languages, spanning function-specific services such as finance and accounting, procurement and supply chain, HR and learning, as well as services geared to the needs of specific industries such as utilities, technology, insurance and health care. Typically, we work at client sites, which often requires travel. 
 
Throughout the summer, you will work with BPO senior leadership and clients to:
  • Apply understanding of industry processes
  • Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities
  • Develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level
  • Build functional and industry expertise
Your Experience: Basic Qualifications
Sales and Accounts professionals are forward-thinking, well-rounded people with strong academic performance and high learning agility. We’re looking for individuals who can work in an open and entrepreneurial way.
 
  • Graduate with an MBA no later than June 30, 2019

  • Ability to challenge conventional thought and deliver innovative solutions
  • Strong problem solving, structuring and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel requirements, when applicable
Your Experience: Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • Industry experience in outsourcing, analytics, finance, accounting, management, or procurement are preferred but not required
  • Academic achievement and proven leadership qualities
