Position Title:    

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)   

Responsibilities:    

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Milwaukee, WI): Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to enable client strategies. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing module. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for the application. Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and implement testing plans. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:    

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:    

Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Estimating and planning the work required to complete complex RICEFW design/development; Ensuring that RICEFW design/development completed by supervisees adhere to development standards defined for Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF); Conducting business analysis, data analytics and strategy; Utilizing Oracle Utilities Applications, and their associated development tools and technologies including Java, Business Objects, and SQLDeveloper; Conducting software analysis, and data optimization for reporting and communicating business problems; and performing project management duties including: creating the team work plan, tracking issues and risks, managing a team, defining and completing statements of work, and establishing the team roles and expectations.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs..
